Keynote Speaker and Seminar Leader in Business, AI, Digital Transformation, and Leadership

Connecting Business, Technology, and People to Move Individuals and Organizations Forward

The Nextramiles Next-Generation Business Speaker service creates opportunities for fresh insight, meaningful dialogue, and action.
It is designed for executives and managers leading organizations through change, as well as emerging business leaders who will shape the future.
We welcome invitations from companies, local and regional governments, educational institutions, industry associations, and communities for keynote speeches, conference sessions, seminars, corporate training, university lectures, and media interviews.

Sessions are delivered by Takahiko Sugibayashi, President and CEO of Nextramiles, Inc.
With nearly 30 years of experience spanning business management, technology, organizational leadership, and talent development, he continues to lead transformation at the front line as a serving CTO.
Drawing on C-suite and management experience in the technology sector and global companies, Takahiko speaks in clear, practical terms about business and organizational transformation, leadership, AI and digital transformation, global business and organizational management, career development, and the growth of next-generation talent.

New Perspectives can Change the Future of a Business

When people change, organizations change.
When organizations change, the future of the business changes.

At Nextramiles, a talk or seminar is more than an opportunity to share knowledge.
It should help each participant see from a new perspective, think for themselves, and take the next step.
That is the role of the Next-Generation Business Speaker.

Takahiko shares not only success stories, but also lessons from difficult decisions, setbacks, and experiences leading people and organizations across different cultures and values.
Every session is shaped around the audience—from executives and managers to emerging leaders, early-career professionals, and students—and the challenges they face.

Six Reasons Organizations Choose to Work with Takahiko Sugibayashi

A Current CTO’s Firsthand Perspective on Transformation

As a member of the executive team at a major corporation, Takahiko continues to lead through real business challenges spanning corporate and technology strategy, AI and digital transformation, cybersecurity, and organizational change.
His perspective is shaped not only by past experience and emerging trends, but by the day-to-day realities of executive decision-making: balancing competing priorities, making difficult choices, and moving a complex organization forward.

Nearly 30 Years Across Japanese and Global Companies

At NTT, Gap Japan, Coach Japan (now Tapestry Japan), and McDonald’s Japan, Takahiko has built nearly three decades of experience across technology, e-commerce, organizational development, global operations, M&A, and enterprise transformation.
This breadth enables him to bridge perspectives that are often difficult to connect: Japanese and multinational companies, domestic and international operations, and executive leadership and frontline teams.

Connecting Business, Technology, and People to Deliver Results

AI and digital transformation are not goals in themselves.
They are means to create sustainable growth and lasting value for businesses, customers, and people.
Takahiko goes beyond explaining technology.
Drawing on his experience as a CTO, he helps leaders connect technology with business priorities, organizational design, talent, and culture – and turn that alignment into meaningful, measurable outcomes.

Practical Insight Shaped by Success, Uncertainty, and Setbacks

Transformation rarely unfolds exactly as planned.
Takahiko speaks candidly about difficult decisions, initiatives that did not gain traction, and the trial and error involved in leading people across different cultures and values.
By sharing what worked, what did not, and what he learned along the way, he turns abstract ideas into practical lessons that help leaders anticipate obstacles and make better-grounded decisions.

Every Engagement Is Tailored to the Audience – and Designed for Action

Whether working with executives, managers, emerging leaders, early-career professionals, or students, Takahiko tailors the themes, language, examples, and questions to the audience and objective.
The goal is not simply to share knowledge.
It is to help each participant connect the discussion to their own work and organization, decide what needs to change, and identify a practical next step they can take.

A Lasting Commitment to Developing the Next Generation of Business Leaders

In a world of constant change, organizations need people who do not wait for a perfect answer, but think independently, make decisions, and continue to take on new challenges.
Drawing on his own career and leadership journey, Takahiko helps people look beyond established assumptions, broaden their possibilities, and grow into leaders who can move both people and organizations forward.

Speaking, Media, and Recognition

Takahiko has delivered keynote speeches, corporate sessions, university lectures, and interactive programs, and has participated in media interviews covering business management, CIO and CTO leadership, AI and digital transformation, technology, organizational change, leadership, career development, and global business.

What I Hope Every Talk Will Deliver

What Nextramiles seeks to deliver is more than knowledge.
It is the insight and courage to face change, think independently, and take a new step forward.
I do not want simply to give participants answers, I want to create a talk that encourages them to think for themselves.

In a time of rapid change, neither a company nor an individual can move forward by applying someone else’s knowledge or success story without reflection.
That is why I share real experiences—including both successes and setbacks—and pose questions that participants can connect to their own work, organizations, and careers.

The impact should not end when the talk does.
Dialogue should begin.
Action should follow.
That is the kind of speaking engagement we aim to create.

One person’s challenge can change a team.
A team’s challenge can change an organization.
An organization’s challenge can change the future of society.

By connecting business, technology, and people—and by developing next-generation business leaders who continue to take on new challenges—Nextramiles contributes to the sustainable growth of businesses and society.
