Session Detail
There will be a total of three sessions, each lasting one hour, via Zoom.
During the sessions, we will respond to your questions and consultations via email as needed.
Session 1：Mutual Understanding and Analysis of Current Situation
In the first session, we will begin by getting to know each other.
We will talk freely about the environment we are currently in and the challenges we are facing.
Throughout the session, we will get the big picture and clarify our future direction.
Session 2：Study of solutions to problems and formulation of action plans
You will be asked to report on what solutions you have for the issues identified in the first session.
The feasibility of each solution will be evaluated and reconsidered if necessary.
If multiple actions are needed, we will be prioritized and an action plan will be developed.
Session 3：Progress sharing, feedback and course correction
You will report on the progress and results of the action plans determined in the second session.
We will evaluate each progress and results, revise the action plans and identify new issues as necessary.
We will consider a break at this session, and if you wish to continue, we will consider re-signing you on a 3, 6, 9, or 12 month basis.
