Session Detail
Each program consists of three sessions, held online via Zoom, with one-hour per session.
Throughout the program, participants can also reach out via email for additional questions or guidance.

The first session begins by building mutual understanding. You are encouraged to share your current situation and the challenges you face freely. Together, we will clarify the big picture and define the direction for future sessions.
Session 2：Exploring Solutions & Building an Action Plan
Based on the issues identified in Session 1, we will explore potential solutions, evaluate their feasibility, and refine them as needed. If multiple actions are required, we will set clear priorities and develop a concrete action plan.
Session 3：Progress Review & Feedback
In the final session, you will share progress and outcomes based on the agreed-upon action plan. We will review results, make adjustments, and identify new challenges if necessary. This session serves as a natural milestone — and for those who wish to continue, renewal options are available on a 3-, 6-, 9-, or 12-month basis.
